Privacy Policy

When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, email address, and — for delivery orders — your delivery address and any delivery notes. We also record the items you ordered, your chosen pickup or delivery date, and any notes you add to your order.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number, expiry date, or security code. Stripe provides us only with a payment confirmation and limited details such as the last four digits of the card.

Like most websites, we collect basic technical information such as your browser type, device type, and pages visited, so we can keep the site working and understand what people find useful.

We use your information to prepare and fulfil your order, to send you an order confirmation and any updates about your pickup or delivery, to answer your questions, to keep records required for tax and accounting, and to improve our products and website.

We only send marketing messages if you have asked us to. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

We share information only with the service providers we need to run the business: our payment processor (Stripe), our website and database hosting provider, our email delivery provider, and — for delivery orders — the courier or driver delivering your order.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law.

Order records are stored in a secure, access-controlled database. Access is limited to the people who need it to fulfil orders and run the business. Some of our providers store data on servers outside New Zealand; we choose providers who apply comparable privacy safeguards.

We keep order records for as long as we need them for the purposes above, including meeting our legal and tax obligations, and then delete or anonymise them.

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to remember your cart, your language preference, and to keep checkout secure. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but parts of the site — including the cart and checkout — may not work properly.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email info@quericoflan.com and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.

Our website is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 without a parent or guardian placing the order.
